The Friends of Lime Creek Society exists to preserve the rich heritage of our past, maintain the historic building, and provide a welcoming place where visitors can experience and reflect on the faith and history that helped shape our community and Synod.

EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN SYNOD – The Evangelical Lutheran Synod is an American Lutheran church body of 130 congregations in full fellowship with the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). The ELS is also a member of the Confessional Evangelical Lutheran Conference (CELC), 24 church bodies throughout the world in fellowship with each other.
BETHANY LUTHERAN COLLEGE – Bethany Lutheran College provides Christian higher education in a challenging academic environment where personal mentoring guides students to pursue knowledge, truth, and discernment for productive and fulfilling lives.
BETHANY LUTHERAN THEOLOGICAL SEMINARY – Bethany Lutheran Theological Seminary is the theological seminary of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod (ELS), a confessional Lutheran church body headquartered in Mankato, Minnesota. Bethany Lutheran Seminary has been preparing pastors for the ELS and her broader fellowship for seventy-five years and continues to provide graduate level theological education today.
EVANGELICAL LUTHERAN SYNOD HISTORICAL SOCIETY – The Historical Society promotes interest in the historical and doctrinal heritage of Lutheranism, particularly of the Evangelical Lutheran Synod and its institutions; stimulates historical research; publishes historical studies; assists congregations in the preservation of local congregational history; preserves items of museum quality; and assists the ELS Department of Archives and History.

THE NORTHERN IOWA LUTHERAN PARISH – We are Christ-centered, Liturgical, Sacramental, and Confessional. We walk in the steps of the time-tested historic Christian church, the scriptural faith passed down from generation to generation. Our Parish consists of 3 congregations: Grace Lutheran in Lake Mills, Iowa; Forest Lutheran in Forest City, Iowa; and Zion Lutheran in Thompson, Iowa.
